Sorry points
We use Sorry Points as a means to give everyone roughly the same opportunity to do runs. The more Sorry Points a player has, the higher the chance to get into a run.
- SP is per account
- SP are awarded only if there is competition for places in the raid
- You get +2 SP for being left out
- You get an additional +1 SP for being left out if this is because of raid preference spots for other specs/roles
- There is no SP penalty for no-show or for being late
- You get 0 if you are at 0 and you are invited
- You get -1 if you have positive SP and you are invited
- You get no SP if you volunteer to be left out
Signing for raids
If you want to join a raid, sign on the
calendar. You can sign for a raid up to 15 minutes before raid start. You must be online, at the instance and fully prepared at raid start time. If not, you will be treated as a no-show.
If you don't sign, you might still get in the raid if numbers are short - the raid will decide in this case whom to invite into the raid.
Raid invitations
- When you sign for a raid, you get a computer-generated random roll in (0.000, 0.999) which is added to your current SP.
- The signers with highest SP+random are picked first for a run.
- Players in the top ten can lose their spot because of class imbalance. They will be compensated with the +1 SP.
