About Stats preference for Hunters (as far as I can tell atm):

BM:
AP>Agi=Crit=Hit=Int>ArPen=Haste

MM and SV:
Agi=Haste>AP=Hit=Crit=Int>ArPen

Agility remains king because of scaling, this is ofcourse even more true for SV Hunters. Luckily WotLK items seem to have an abundance of Agi compared to TBC itemisation. Only for BM Hunters its arguable that AP beats Agi because of AP scalling to your pet.

AP and Critrating are both still marvelous for dps increase, AP now scales with raidbuffs! (10% thorugh Trueshot Aura and other talents). Crit has synergy with other talents such as Go for the Throat.

Haste is now very important for MM and SV Hunters. Our Steadycasttime is increased to 2 secs. Even with Quiverhaste this is over the GCD and thus too long. It takes 520Hasterating to get Steady shot cast time down to 1,5 secs. MM and SV Hunters should prioritise haste over evrything but Agi. If you're specced into ImpAotHawk you need somewhat less Hasterating, howmuch is not yet known. Discussion here: My post on EJ's

Hit is still necesary ofc. This is from EJ's:

Level 83 boss mobs require 9% hit for us to not miss.

0/3 Focused Aim: 296 (295.1099)
1/3 Focused Aim: 263 (262.3199)
2/3 Focused Aim: 229 (228.5299)
3/3 Focused Aim: 197 (196.7399)

Int now converts to AP through Carefull Aim, I trust all have this talent. Int also leads to more dps through less AotVipertime (More Int means faster manareturn through Viper and Replenishment).

ArPen is meager as far as I understand. This is because it now factors after raidbuffs and does so by an armorreduction percentage. Because the specific BossArmor stats have not yet been divined it's not possible to quantify the value of ArPen precisely atm.

Hope this turn out to be more or less correct ;)
