We use a couple of tools to keep our gaming smooth.

First of all, we use Ventrilo for our ingame communication. We chose not to use the wow built-in voice chat since the quality is less than what Vent delivers.

Second, we use a website (which you've found) to keep 'static' content:
- Rules. We don't have many of them :)
- Events. This is still being worked on, but will eventually contain a full blown
event calendar where we can create and sign for runs. We need our own
calendar so we can automatically keep track of DKP and SP.
- Our members. Every member has his/her own blog to keep track of personal stuff but these can also be used to add entries to:
- How to play. Articles that we write about how to play our toons, these can be for any of the 10 classes or any of the 3 roles (tank, dps, heal).
- Strategies. We'll keep our own short strats for instances here.

And lastly of course we use a forum. However, this is only for temporary content, so we discuss some stuff there and if we want the information to last, we put it on the site.
