I have been healing as disc specced for a while now. I enjoy the difference in playstyle (vs holy or shadow) but there are actually some nice benefits too:

- Emergency healing is very good: powerful shields, Penance (±10-12k healing in <1.5 seconds) and a hasted (25% haste) cast after each PW:s (1.8 second cast Greater Heal).

Mind Blast cast time + cooldown is 7s, so I should have cast 34 of them.

Shadow Word: Pain: 77 ticks (single cast)

15s length; 15 casts

Devouring Plague: 73 ticks
