As you will have noticed I havent been ingame for some time. To my surpise i kinda enjoyed not playing... yesterday i more or less accidentaly joined Wow again and it was nice to see the guild alive and kicking.

You all know me on my mage (stormcape), but since im playing my hunter more regularly these days, i thought it would be good to introduce him here aswell.

As some of you already know I am self-employed. I focus on the role of internet in the interaction between civilians and the government (mostly local government). One of the effects of being self-employed is a lot of freedom, but the downside is instability of income. The last few months work (and income) has been slow. But that is going to change now.

Stormcape did ok, but not good enough (by far). I came out 5th of the raid in total damage output and dps. Thanks to newly 80 Tribunus, or else i probably would have been 6th... arghh...

Yesterday Stormcape encoutered Patchwerk for the second time. Unfortunately the WWS logs expire after 15 days, so i cant make a close comparion. But gladly I did record some of the results of the first Patchwerk encouter of january 5th (in Freeks' blog).

Ill paste my analysis of january 5th (for future reference):

A little while back I rolled a Paladin. Eothain is a cute female human that kicks ass and heals on the side. Lots of fun. Thanks to the heirloom shoulders that she got from Stormcape she levels pretty quick..  Today, at lvl 24, she joined the forces of Vintage...

This week and next we have x-mas holidays. This means that my game-time will be very irregular (of, in other words: limited). From the second week of january things should settle back to normal again, i hope.. :-)

Last night started great, had a huge dip and ended euphoric. I started the evening by questing (again), my goal for the evening: trying to get as close to 80 as possible. Then Hedzer came in and suggested doing Naxx.. woohoo, yeah, ide love to.. However, no-80's couldnt enter... bummer, big big bummer. So, back to questing again. Around midnight Jelle, Laurens suggested doing a normal instance.

In between work hours i spent some time doing a few dialies for gold. Besides that i stocked up on bandages so that come the expansion i have some in stock.
